Returns & Exchanges
At SEATEC Outfitters, we gladly accept returns, exchanges, or store credit for eligible items
that meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in original condition, meaning they must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from odors, makeup, pet hair, perfume, or stains
• In 100% resalable condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
A quick test fit is acceptable, but items worn for extended periods or outside use are not eligible
for return.
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
• Shields
• Undergarments
• Final Sale items (such as Sunset Collection products)
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Once a return request is approved:
• Items must be received by SEATEC within 30 days of approval
• Returns not received within that timeframe will be cancelled and deemed ineligible
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Enter your order number and email address3. Follow the instructions to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a
shipping label.
Please allow 24–72 hours during regular business days for return approvals and responses.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Refund returns are subject to a $5.00 flat return fee
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
As a small business, we unfortunately cannot absorb the rising cost of shipping.
Exchanges & Store Credit
For customers located in the lower 48 United States, SEATEC offers:
• Free shipping on exchanges or store credit returns (one time per order)
If an item has already been exchanged once, additional exchanges or refund requests may incur
shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item
• Refund approval or rejection will be communicated via email
If approved:
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Funds are returned to the original payment method
Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If the original payment method is unavailable, a gift card or store credit will be issued.Condition of Returned Items
Items returned in condition that makes them unsellable may:
• Be subject to a restocking fee, or
• Be rejected for refund
If a returned item is deemed unfit for refund or exchange, the customer may be responsible for
shipping costs to have the item returned to them.
Damaged or Defective Items
Items received damaged or defective are eligible for replacement at no charge.
If you choose to return the item instead of replacing it, the standard return policy will apply.
If a defective item is confirmed upon inspection, any applicable return shipping fees will be
refunded.
Self-Shipped Returns
If you prefer to ship your return yourself instead of using the SEATEC label, you must:
• Notify us via email at info@seatecoutfitters.com
• Include your order number and tracking information

Returns sent without proper authorization or identification may be delayed, misrouted, or
unresolvable.
Additional Policy Notes• SEATEC is not responsible for items lost in transit
• Items from separate orders may not be returned in the same package
• SEATEC is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment has been accepted by the
carrier
• Orders typically ship within 24 hours during business days, but please allow up to 72 hours
for fulfillment
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can assist in
resolving the issue.
In many cases, packages arrive within 2–3 additional business days after delivery scans.
International Returns
Returns originating outside the lower 48 United States will be required to cover the full cost of
return shipping at SEATEC’s discounted carrier rate.
